DEEP LEAP ISSUE ONE, released in the fall of 2008, features the visual and textual art of a few dozen fantastic makers. Prompted by evocative phrases and notions like A Show Having A Release Party, Architectural Theory of Ruin Value, Sitcom Sets and 90210, artists from across the nation produced thrilling microfictions, derring-do drawings, pointillist placements, mail-made distanceometers and the magic cards from the other side.
