plums
i have 150 lbs of plums that will go bad long before i can eat them all. does anyone have any good ideas/recipes for preserves or other things to make out of fresh plums?

said: I guess this is obvious, but you could make prunes. Who doesnt love prunes? Also, jam is pretty easy. Just simmer the plums with some sugar and a little water for a while. mmm, i wish I had 150 lbs of plums.
