knifey weirdness
in case you missed the ilm thread, here's a primer to the new knife album. i've only heard a few songs from the old album (including the fantasic heartbeats), but this album seems very different. the distorted vocals aren't all that surprising but the sunshiny dance pop trade-in for creepy monster sounds and eerie synths might be off-putting unless you like that sort of thing. i do.
considering it was made by an elecotronic/dance group, silent shout works well as an album. i think 'we share our mother's health' is my favorite track, but i've included a few others that i really enjoy hearing.
