my personal greatest discovery of the year was easily Zapp (along with Roger's solo recordings). i've heard them on the radio for about a year and a half without ever knowing who they were despite numerous attempts to identify them with internet lyric searches. unfortunately, the vocoded lyrics to most of their songs consist of little more than the quite succinct phrase "shake it."

the highlights are: More Bounce to the Ounce; So Ruff, So Tuff (solo Roger); Dance Floor; I Can Make You Dance; and Computer Love
