The Fourth! Mark your calendars! August 15,16,17th. Lc, K, HJF: how heavy is that?

We are stoked for the 4th Helsing Junction Sleepover, a wonderful weekend of music, swimming, camping, and more on the beautiful Helsing Junction Farm.

Last December the Chehalis River, home to the Helsing Junction Farm, caused major flooding in its surrounding areas. Unfortunately, many farms were affected by the weather and are still experiencing financial setbacks. The Sleepover Crew decided it was only right for all proceeds from this year's event to go to local farmers and others still needing aid from last winter's storm. The money will go to the Olympia co-op's well-organized relief fund.

Further additions to the blog crew are Lena Sradnick, and Adam Bunahabhain(sp?). Can't wait to see what Ellis Island does with that last name. Blogs forthcoming. The count is at 17 different people on this site. Some idle, some active, some without electricity.

Also, we're happy to announce that K records is distributing the Growing Awareness DVD. Thanks dudes!

And that Polly Bresnick and Adam Baz just finished printing (got it for cheap) LC002, a zine so cool you have to actually read it and not just steal it from a zine library and gradually tear it apart for filter material.

Also, the store is been updated to allow for multiple items (smash the game).

coming soon: new header image, store, media sections. i am very happy to have this up finally. but really wish it was finished. getting rid of the sidebar with people's names will allow for more people to come on board. on that note, anyone who wants a blog who i have neglected, send an email or leave a comment. also, if anyone has other ideas for background (file name in the /images section is light_body7.jpg) please throw them my way. The load time is nasty.
